Victory Church Family,

I am so excited and filled with great anticipation for our church in 2015.  I want to encourage you and your family to join with the Victory Staff on our 21-day prayer and fasting journey called Anchored… hold in place.

As you take this journey with us, I am asking you to target your prayers.  Specific areas we are believing for as a church are:  resources to help us extend our reach and impact as we strive to become debt free, for Victory to experience God’s presence like never before and see Him at work in our midst, and I also cherish your prayers personally as I lean on God’s leading for the direction of this amazing church. I would also encourage you to pray for our nation and the leadership. It will also be vital for you to think about the specific areas in your own life that you need God’s help with.  Keep in mind that fasting doesn’t change God, but it changes you. Fasting is a way to make you sensitive to the things of God.  It is a powerful tool that we are going to put into practice!

We are making various tools available for you during this fast as well. Included in this packet, you will see information that will help you to determine what type of fast to choose, fasting basics, and answers to questions such as, “Why should I fast?”  Prayerfully look over this information and be obedient to what the Holy Spirit directs you and your family to do.

REGISTER NOW

Starting January 4, 2015, and for each of the 21 days of the fast, you will receive a Daily Devotional written by one of our pastoral staff.  If you'd prefer a physical copy, fill out the registration form in the packet at an Information Kiosk at your Campus location. We will make a journal available to you that lists the 21 Daily Devotions, along with points to reflect and consider.

Enjoy this time. Don’t make it a “works” or a “tasks” thing, but let it be a part of your day; get away and spend a few moments with your loving, faithful God through encouragement of The Word and prayer.

Thank you for being a part of what God is doing at Victory Church!
