What is Radical Generosity?

This is a radical way to think and live. It is also the way God calls us to think and live, and we believe it! We are a church of contributors not consumers. Radical Generosity is established to honor those who are pouring out their lives to help others, and to inspire the rest of us to do the same.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Nominees must be legal US residents as determined by Victory Church and reside in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, and at least 18 years of age. Employees of Victory Church and members of their immediate families of such persons are not eligible to participate and be chosen. Being chosen for this gift is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. NOMINATION ENTRY

To nominate, go to http://victory.church/radical-generosity. You will be directed to the Radical Generosity nomination form, where you will complete the official nomination form, submitting your name, email address, daytime phone number, name of the nominee, and a brief sentence or two indicating the reason why your nominee should be selected to receive this blessing. Your entry information must be complete and accurate. You cannot nominate yourself or a member of your immediate family. Victory Church reserves the right to disqualify those entries that contain offensive or inappropriate material. Limit one entry per person and one per email address per individual you are nominating. All entry information becomes the property of Victory Church and will not be returned. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. RECIPIENT SELECTION

As decided by Victory Church one (1) nominee will be selected from all eligible, new and previously submitted non-selected entries received at the time of review. Recipients are determined by the sole and absolute discretion of Victory Church’s committee. Remaining valid entries will carry over to the next selection time.

4. RECIPIENT NOTIFICATIONS

Victory Church will attempt to notify the potential selected nominee by attempting to contact the individual who submitted the selected entry by email or telephone. The person who provided the selected nomination will then be asked to assist Victory Church in contacting the recipient. A potential recipient will be disqualified, and Victory Church may select an alternate recipient by applying the criteria set forth above to remaining eligible entries for that week, if: (a) the individual who nominated the selected recipient or the selected nominee does not respond within 72 hours of first notification attempt; (b) a selected recipient or the entrant who nominated the selected recipient does not fulfill the eligibility requirements.

5. BLESSING

The recipient will receive the gift amount and type as decided by Victory Church. In addition, the story of the recipient may be featured during church services at Victory Church, on the website, and/or social media. Appearance on the video and other media has no intrinsic value.

6. GIFT ACCEPTANCE/RESTRICTIONS

Limit one gift per person. If a recipient is disqualified, Victory Church reserves the right to determine an alternate recipient by applying the criteria set forth herein to remaining, eligible entries for that month, or to not award that recipient’s gift at all. The recipient will be required to sign and return a W-9 and agree to use of story as captured by video or other means prior to receipt of gift. Failure to do so will disqualify the winning nominee.

7. CONDITIONS

Victory Church reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this giveaway or any portion hereof. Other than the prizes received by the selected recipient, no one shall be entitled to receive any wages, benefits, fees, or other compensation whatsoever as a result of participating in the giveaway. Victory Church shall have the sole discretion to administer the giveaway and interpret and apply the rules.

8. CHOICE OF LAW/FORUM

Oklahoma law shall govern this giveaway, without regard to Oklahoma’s choice of law rules. The courts of Oklahoma shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute regarding any Rule or activity associated with the giveaway.
